国务院：10月起降低工伤和生育保险费率
国务院总理李克强日前主持召开国务院常务会议，决定降低工伤和生育保险费率，进一步减轻企业负担。会议决定，从10月1日起，将工伤保险平均费率由1%降至0.75%，将生育保险费率从不超过1%降到不超过0.5%。
Premier Li Keqiang recently presided over the executive meeting of the State Council and decided to lower the work-related injury and maternity insurance premium rates and further ease the burden on enterprises. The meeting decided to reduce the average work-related injury rate to 0.75% from 1% and the maternity insurance premium rate to less than 0.5% from less than 1% from October 1.
上海集体合同条例修改通过
上海市日前通过修改《上海市集体合同条例》的决定，今年10月1日起实施。条例明确工资集体协商的内容包括：工资分配制度、工资标准、工资分配形式和工资支付办法；职工年度平均工资水平的调整幅度；奖金、津贴、补贴等分配办法；加班工资以及试用期、病假、事假等期间的工资待遇，等。
Shanghai recently passed the decision to revise Shanghai Collective Contract Regulations, to come into effect from October 1 this year. The Regulations clearly stipulate that the contents of wage collective consultation include the wage distribution system, wage rates, wage distribution forms, wage payment methods; employees’ annual average wage level adjustment range; the allocation methods of bonuses, allowances, subsidies, etc.; overtime wage and the wage treatment during the probation period, sick leave, personal leave, etc.
