上海市政府近日出台就业创业纲领性文件。要求加大创业人才引进力度，对市场认可的创业人才及其核心团队，直接赋予居住证积分标准分值，居住证转办户口年限可由7年缩短为3～5年。
Shanghai Municipal Government recently issued the employment and business startup guiding document requiring increasing the intensity of entrepreneurial talent introduction, directly endowing residence permit credit standard values to market recognized entrepreneurial talents and their core teams, and shortening the time limit of converting the residence permit to registered permanent residence to 3-5 years from 7 years.
国内互联网人才硕士及以上学历占比近50%
Domestic internet talents with the master’s degree and above take up nearly 50%
职业社交应用网站领英日前发布《中国互联网人才库报告》数据显示，2014年进入互联网行业的毕业生中，研究生以上学历的互联网从业人士占比47.1%，MBA和博士分别为6%和2.9%。此外，拥有海外教育背景的占43.5%。
The professional social application website LinkedIn recently issued the “Chinese Internet Talent Pool Report” showing that among graduates engaged in the internet industry in 2014, the internet practitioners with the master’s degree and above take up 47.1% and those with MBA and the doctor’s degree account for 6% and 2.9% respectively. Moreover, those with the overseas education background occupy 43.5%.
