关于演讲嘉宾: Edwin Kuan 关伟忠 老师
关伟忠老师 自1996年就担任大型跨国企业的人力资源总监，并于2008年担任全球制造、汽车配件行业李尔公司的亚洲人力资源副总裁(VP HR)。
Edwin Kwan has been a HR Director for large business organisations since 1996, and has been the VP HR for Lear Corporation in Asia.


与很多HR不同的是，关老师是少数从事一线工作成功转型成HR的资深管理者之一。因此关先生对企业中的各个部门如：供应链、销售、生产直至财务都非常熟悉，可谓是他服务过的企业的各个部门、单位的核心商务伙伴。他因此也是少数能将HR及各部门业务的精髓融会贯通的专家之一。
Unlike most HRs, Edwin is one of the few senior HR professionals whom have made successful transitions from line operations to HR. As such, he has in-depth insights of the operations of each function such as supply chain, sales, production or even finance. He is also one of a very few HRs who are able to manage and hire the heads (VPs) of each function, and ensure their performance
