Our client, a world’s leading financial and legal information service company, is recruiting Technical Specialists. This position is based in Shanghai and responsible for delivery by and management of a small technical team of engineers.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities including: delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality; defines, documents and manages projects with minimal supervision, working with client and vendors; estimates effort required for development; accountable for tracking status of team's work and ensuring deliverables are produced on agreed schedules; responsible to communicate accurately the status of ongoing work to stakeholders; responsibility for managing third party deliveries; works with vendors to understand technology and performs technical due diligence on third party technology delivery; leads project planning sessions with clients and Business Analysts to analyze requirements.
Requirements of this position are that: you must have development skills in either one these languages: Java, C++, .Net, C#; project management experience; ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external teams; strong client facing skills; knowledge of customer business workflows and products for one or more solutions areas of growth; delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality; defines, documents and manages projects with minimal supervision, working with client and vendors; has in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline or area and provides subject matter expertise; deliver projects to support the company and ability to achieve revenue targets. Minimum education background is in Computing Degree.
